Empowering women is what #InternationalWomensDay is all about.
Our 2022 report highlights 5 challenges to refugee participation in humanitarian decision-making:
🔹 No consensus on the definition of the concept,
🔹Requirements for impartiality & representativeness,
🔹NGOs' working culture,

My dream is to see fewer people aspiring to become humanitarian aid workers, and more people who wake up each day with a burning anger towards the injustices that create humanitarian crises, and who are genuinely willing to do everything they can to eradicate such injustices.
I have to say this: for those working in the humanitarian & emergency contexts, especially with international humanitarian organizations; your work might bring satisfaction to you, but those of us at the receiving end of your work in most cases lose our dignity in the process.
Education access in remote areas is very difficult especially with lack of device
The PC i have been using for more than 5 years has broken down yesterday and this literally mean I'll not be able to continue with daily tasks for couples of weeks😭
I'll appreciated any support🙏
