This past year I’ve become more secure in who i am as a clinician and where my strengths/weaknesses lie, and have accepted that its ok to have weaknesses. I’m looking forward to the growth ill experience next year 👊

🧵 1/? I’ve been practicing Physiotherapy for almost 3 years now and heres what I’ve learned while working in private outpatient orthopaedics:

1) I under-estimated how draining it is to have your day filled empathizing with peoples debilitating pain.

It’s been a whirlwind 3 years having begun practicing right before the pandemic started & having to adapt to those new challenges along with figuring out your own footing in this profession.
