Extremely disappointed with @KemperInsurance. I’ve been trying to reach the adjuster for days, requested to speak with a manager, emailed them and directly to Customer Service, yet no response for over 4 days. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Please address this ASAP

Hi @Meta @Facebook, my account has been blocked after a hacking attempt. A third party enabled two-factor authentication without my consent, and I cannot access the six-digit code to recover my account. I’ve tried all the forms and help pages without success.
