@IndiaCinepolis Horrible experience today at @CinepolisIndia City Centre, Mangalore! Watched Dhurandhar in Audi 2 (Seats N15 & N16). Seat N15 was completely BROKEN and the auditorium smelled absolutely foul. Completely unacceptable hygiene and maintenance for a paid ticket.

Now, 17 months later, there's glue wear-off on a bud, but service says I must pay ₹4,000 again? I don't need a replacement, just a fix (even at a cost). Why is a simple repair not an option? Frustrating experience for a loyal customer.Please assist
