One thing I continue to notice with a lot of these young “athletic” QBs, is that they have more athletic “traits” (run fast, jump high, throw far, etc = things you measure) but often don’t have natural athletic “movement” (controlling body, letting body lead throws, fluid movement when feet not set, etc…)!

I didn’t possess a lot of “traits” but always felt I was GREAT with “movement” & it’s the movement that makes throwing a football look effortless vs making it look like hard work!!
