@raileurope My client's ticket was changed to allow for earlier departure. My bookings only shows original ticket. She can't find booking under MYTRIPS in her account. She travels Friday. No one is responding on any of the various channels. PLEASE ADVISE.

Dealing with @KLM for our flight to Netherlands (we’re relocating permanently). Already stressed out enough having to move 3 dogs and cat. Endless screwups by agents has made this experience an absolute nightmare. I thought they were supposed to be “the best”?!
