One of the worst haters of BJP is the children of BJP leaders themselves, especially those studying/studied at elite colleges. The hate is so visceral they don't even hide it, despite knowing it could harm their parents' political prospects.
Saw a daughter of a BJP MP from Odisha celebrating Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation on her Insta story. That was alright, but next, her MP mother texted her on WhatsApp asking her to delete the story, saying Dharmendra Pradhan's PA was requesting it. Instead, she posted a screenshot of her mother's WhatsApp chat with the caption: "No PA to Dharmendra Pradhan, I'll not delete the story."
This behavior cones from a desperate need for peer validation. When BJP kids enter elite, left-leaning college circles, their family name instantly makes them social outcasts. To fit in with the cool crowd and prove they aren't like their "backward" parents, they perform absurd overcompensations, becoming the loudest, most hysterical critics of their own family's politics just to secure a scrap of peer acceptance.
Naturally, their politician parents quietly indulge this hypocrisy, viewing their children's posture as a necessary social tax.
She is Dr Vatsala Agarwal.
In August last year, she was appointed Director General Health Services of Delhi. She wasted no time and immediately started buying medicines and equipments at highly inflated rates by allegedly manipulating the tender processes, misusing hundreds of crores in public funds. By the time the Delhi police arrested her today, she had already allegedly created a health scam worth 600 crores.
Almost everyone in govt service, from top to bottom, seems to make massive money whenever an opportunity arises. Imagine the scale of systemic corruption if a single official can siphon off 600 crore rupees in less than a year. And it's not like she was honest for her 30 years of service till now, and suddenly turned corrupt; she only got caught now. Her life long scam would be much more than 600 crores.
It is truly surprising that India continues to grow despite such staggering leaks in the system.
A friend of mine has been running a company for 30 years,
The moment he gives control to his son, everything collapses.
In 3 years, the company shut down and lost everything.
When I ask my friend if he regrets anything,
He smiled and said this:
Confessions and realities
42M, 55LPA
I am a 42-year-old man with a senior job in IT. I have a house in Chennai, a supportive wife, and two children. On paper, everything about my life looks perfect. I have achieved all the things society says a man should achieve.
In my twenties, life felt different. I had friends to spend time with. We would hang out at Marina Beach and Besant Nagar beach, watch movies at Rohini, Udayam, and Kasi theatres, and ride around Mount Road on my RX100.
In my thirties, I had colleagues to talk with over tea breaks. We would discuss apartments, onsite trips, and share random stories about life and work.
But now, in my forties, life has turned into a quiet routine. My phone rarely rings for anything personal. Most calls are about office work, bank alerts, or someone from home asking me to pick up milk on the way back.
The loneliness of a man in his forties is unusual. I am not physically alone, but I often feel like a machine.
When I enter my home, I am simply “Appa.” I am the person who pays school fees, fixes the Wi-Fi, and handles repairs. My wife is busy with her work and the kids. My children are teenagers now, living in their own worlds and their own rooms. They love me, but they mostly see me as the person who provides comfort and stability. They no longer see me as an individual.
At the office, I am the senior person. I am expected to have all the answers. I cannot tell my team that I feel tired. I cannot tell my boss that I sometimes struggle to keep up with new technologies. I must appear confident and strong, even when I quietly worry about the future.
Sometimes I drive home slowly from work just to spend a few extra minutes in the car. I listen to songs from my college days.
For those fifteen minutes, I am not a manager or a father. I am simply myself again.
I realize that I have not had a real conversation about my feelings with anyone in years.
My old friends now exist mostly as names on WhatsApp. We send “Happy Birthday” or “Congratulations” messages, but rarely talk. When we meet at weddings, our conversations revolve around our children’s grades or the cars we drive. We never talk about what we actually feel.
The hardest part is that I cannot even complain. If I tell my family that I feel lonely, they look confused and say, “But we are all here with you.”
They do not understand that a person can be surrounded by people and still feel like they are on a desert island.
Society teaches men that if they provide money and security, they have succeeded in life.
But no one teaches us how to deal with the silence that comes with it.
I have built a beautiful life for everyone around me, but sometimes it feels like there is no space left for me inside it.
And maybe… this is what life in your forties feels like.
OVERLOOKED SIGNS YOU'RE GENUINELY GOOD AT YOUR JOB:
1. People come to you before going to your boss: that's not pressure. that's informal authority. you earned it without a title.
2. You know things are about to go wrong before they do: that's pattern recognition built from deep experience. you've seen enough to read the room before it changes.
3. You get pulled into other teams' problems: nobody borrows a bad player. you're being borrowed because you solve things.
4. Your explanations make hard things simple: that's mastery, not luck. you can only simplify what you fully understand.
5. You feel slightly bored sometimes: your capacity has outgrown your current challenge. that's not laziness. that's a ceiling asking to be raised.
6. Juniors follow your lead without being told to: influence without authority is the highest professional currency there is.
7. You finish tasks and then think of a better way: that's not perfectionism. that's a brain that never fully clocks out. that's how pros improve without being told to.
8. You're the one people call during a crisis: calm, fast, and trusted under pressure. most people never reach that tier.
9. You know when to push back and when to fall in line: that's professional judgment. it's rare and it's the difference between good and indispensable.
10. You underestimate your own value regularly: imposter syndrome is most common in the actually competent. the truly bad ones never doubt themselves.
MIND GAMES OF THE ELITE:
1. They let you speak first so you expose yourself.
2. They praise you just enough to keep you predictable. 3. They reveal nothing but learn everything about you.
4. They never argue - they let your guilt do the work.
5. They make favors feel like debts you can't repay.
6. They stay calm so you mistake silence for approval.
7. They give you choices that all lead where they want.
The person you will be in 5 years depends on:
• books or articles you read
• how much more you write
• money you save and invest
• who you work with
• friends you spend time with
• new skills you develop
• the food you eat
• amount of exercise you do
• how much sleep per day
• asking for help when you’re stuck
• connections you make and keep
• promises you make and keep
• where and how far you travel
• doors you open for others
• knowing when to leave
• new habits you develop
• quitting the stuff that holds you back
Do everything at the right time and your career will accelerate faster than you think:
1. Deep work → first 3 hours of your day before anything interrupts
2. Emails → 11am and 4pm only, never on constant demand
3. Difficult conversations → midday when both sides are most rational
4. Learning something new → morning when your brain retains the most
5. Networking → after you have something real and valuable to offer
6. Asking for a raise → right after a visible win, never out of nowhere
7. Creative brainstorming → late morning with zero notifications open
8. Admin work → afternoon when deep focus has naturally dropped off
9. Planning the next day → last 15 minutes of every single working day
10. Saying no → immediately, the longer you wait the harder it becomes
11. Checking in with your mentor → quarterly not when you are already in crisis
12. Updating your CV → every 6 months even when you are not looking
A friend of mine has been running a company for 30 years,
The moment he gives control to his son, everything collapses.
In 3 years, the company shut down and lost everything.
When I ask my friend if he regrets anything,
He smiled and said this:
Your Life will Never be the Same after These 7 Solo Challenges
1. No sugar for 30 days.
No chocolates. No sodas. No hidden sugars.
After day 20, your skin, energy, and clarity begin to change. You’ll realize sugar was controlling your mood all along.
2. The 5L water rule for 21 days.
Drink 5 liters daily. Most people are dehydrated and calling it anxiety. Your brain is mostly water—treat it that way.
3. No screens after 10 PM for 14 days.
Put your phone down. No reels. No texting. Your mind will finally get the rest it’s been begging for.
4. Daily meditation for 21 days.
Just 10 minutes. Sit. Breathe. Be still. The chaos you feel is exactly why you need this.
5. Cold exposure for 30 days.
End every shower with 60 seconds of cold water. It trains your mind to stay in control.
6. The 3-hour disappear (weekly).
Once a week, disconnect for 3 hours. No phone. No people. Just you. This is where clarity begins.
7. Journaling for 30 days.
Every night, write what you did, what drained you, and what you’ll do differently. You’ll notice patterns most people take years to understand.
Nobody gets promoted for working hard. They get promoted for doing these things consistently:
1. Arriving early - Always 10 minutes before your shift, last minute arrivals signal you do not want to be there
2. Taking notes - Write everything down in every meeting, asking twice what was said destroys your credibility fast
3. Owning mistakes - Admit errors immediately and with solutions, blame shifting is career poison at every level
4. Emails - Always reply within 24 hours even just to acknowledge, silence reads as incompetence or arrogance
5. Asking questions - Never wait until you are completely lost, early questions save everyone time including yours
6. Visibility - Always share your wins professionally, quiet work gets quietly overlooked at every promotion cycle
7. Upskilling - Learn one new relevant skill every quarter, staying static in a moving industry is moving backwards
8. Networking internally - Build relationships across departments not just your team, promotions rarely come from your direct manager
9. Feedback - Always ask for it after every major project, people who never seek feedback never know their blind spots
10. Meeting preparation - Never attend without knowing the agenda, unprepared people waste everyone's time including their own
11. Boundaries - Leave on time without apologising for it, chronic overwork signals poor time management not dedication
12. Body language - Always face the speaker fully in meetings, crossed arms and phone checking kills your professional image silently
13. Saying no - Learn to decline low priority work professionally, taking everything makes you busy but never promotable
14. Mentors - Find one inside and one outside your company, one perspective on your career is dangerously narrow
15. LinkedIn presence - Update it before you need a job, recruiters check profiles daily and outdated ones get skipped instantly

He is 48. I am 26. He manages 3 products and never works past 5 PM.
I work 10 hours a day and barely clear my Jira board.

Most people panic when the workload scales. They work longer hours, burn out, and eventually drop the ball. High performers do not manage time. They manage boundaries.
The document was a list of strict operating rules. Here are 18 systems you can steal.

A man earning ₹40 LPA asked me a strange question.
“Why do I still feel broke?”
Here was his life:
Age: 34
Income: ₹2.3L/month (after tax)
But his money disappeared every month.
Here’s where it went:
Rent: ₹65K
Car EMI: ₹35K
Eating out & delivery: ₹22K
Shopping & gadgets: ₹18K
Trips & weekends: ₹20K
Subscriptions: ₹4K
Misc lifestyle: ₹36K
Total monthly spending: ₹2L
Savings: ₹30K
Now compare this with his colleague.
Salary: ₹22 LPA
Lifestyle looked like this:
Rent: ₹30K
Car: No EMI
Food: Mostly home cooked
Subscriptions: Minimal
Monthly investment: ₹90K
After 10 years:
Person 1 Net Worth →~₹60–70L
Person 2 Net Worth → ~₹2.2–2.5 Cr
Same office.
Same city.
The difference wasn’t income.
It was lifestyle inflation.
Most people don’t lose money in markets.
They lose it in small daily upgrades.
