Day 13: Stayed @Hyatt twice.. paid my bills, yet they still have my money as a pending charge on two cc’s and according to their CS, “yeah, sometimes you get your money back quick and sometimes you don’t.” Hyatt, this is borderline criminal and you know it. #dotherightthing

Stayed at the Tommie by @Hyatt twice in the last two weeks. Great hotel. But the deposits? In today’s world people can exchange money instantly, even in third world countries. So why is it that I haven’t gotten one back yet? There is no reason it should take this long. #theft
