"I'm just your average school kid, but somehow, I've ended up... here."

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

She did.

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

Naraku is daddy material—

There. She said it.

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

She’s only bitter because everyone is right and she’s not ready to face the truth.

She young and has daddy issues— Trust issues.

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

Kagome gags before sliding back down the well, flipping the corpse off in the process.

Classy and mature.

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

She mean—

“Happy Birthday, Inuyasha. I know things have been... different. But I brought you some cup noodles if.. If you want them.”

Good save.

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

Do it. Maybe he’ll find the next reincarnation of Kikyo’s soul—

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

“I’ll happily accept.”

[鋼牙 𝑲𝒐𝒈𝒂 @Gouraishi]

“Does this mean you have accepted my offer to become my bride?”

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

“I hate everyone except for Koga.” Inuyasha is still in the doghouse.

[鋼牙 𝑲𝒐𝒈𝒂 @Gouraishi]

“I hate everyone except for Kagome.”

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

*walks up to @InuyashaOnline* hi how r u?

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

[What’s worse?

Kagome saying Americans are demons or that demons are loud, disrespectful, and vulgar?]

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

“We-Well... I’m not to sure... how many demons are in America, if there are any at all...”

She’s embarrassed to admit this fact, despite having only learned about demons VERY recently herself.

“But those that live there are very... disrespectful and loud and... vulgar.”

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

“Uhm...”

She opened her mouth to say more, but closed it, not finding the right words. A hand came up to scratch her head as she thought more on it.

“Would you... believe me if I said they’re worse?”

She wasn’t sure how many demons were in America, but it was a safe bet...

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

[Oof. That whole last sentence...

It’s correct but damn... I should’ve phrased it better. I’m an English major, damnit!]

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

“America is what...” she trailed off, huffing a little as a pout crossed her lips. How to do this?

“Okay, so there’s this BIIIIG—“ extends arms out, “—area across the ocean to the east. That’s what is called America.”

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

Kagome would be more than willing to sit down with Rin and explain it a little.

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

Kagome merely gasps, covering her mouth.

Should she tell him?
She should tell him.

....

But she’s not supposed to be here—

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

Puppy sighted.

Must resist urge to pet ears.

M u s t r e s i s t!

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

Who would’ve thunk she’d have a better understanding of things after t h a t conversation?

But now she was conflicted between her two sources of answers...

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

@RefinedConceit — the demon, it would be a walking star herself. Kagome nodded a little, even though Sesshomaru couldn’t see the action.

She didn’t need him to say more. She got it.

“Thank you... Lord Sesshomaru.”

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

Kagome’s hands came to fold behind her back as she gently kicked a pebble. “How is it...”

No, that’s not how she wanted to start that.

“You’re so cold and straightforward, yet Rin constantly gushes about you.” She lifted her head to meet the demon’s glare. “How come you’re —

[𝙺𝚊𝚐𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚜𝚑𝚒 @JewelIncarnate]

@RefinedConceit Kagome was a little taken aback by the demon voicing something of an answer after what felt like ages of silence.

‘She was Rin.’

The words played over in her head, pulling up almost every single memory of Rin she had.

Of course, if anyone was going to melt the ice within —
