We experienced an unacceptable outage at Coinbase last night due to a room overheating in an AWS datacenter when multiple chillers failed. Our services are designed to be redundant to downtime in any AWS Availability Zone (AZ), but not all systems worked this way.

@samjones1337 Tap “See all” on transactions in your Coinbase app’s “Credit Card” tab. Select the download icon to generate a statement with custom payment status, date, and type, then export it to your email.

Was it a staking, rewards, wallet, or account access issue?
@Trentonhawk Delays like that usually mean Coinbase hasn’t broadcast the withdrawal yet or is rate-limiting/pausing that network, not a Monad issue, since on-chain transfers settle fast once sent.
Does the withdrawal show a tx hash yet or still “pending” on Coinbase?
