New - CDCR photo of Lyle Menendez that was taken May 6, 2023. The latest photo of Erik Menendez was taken Jan. 24, 2023 and previous photos of Lyle and Erik. Lyle and Erik are 55 and 52. They've been incarcerated for 33 years and seven months since their arrest in March 1990.

Why were most of these witnesses not allowed to testify (or severely limited) in the 2nd #MenendezBrothers trial? A 9th Circuit justice said at their 2005 appeal hearing there'd been "collusion between the trial judge and the DA's office to convict Erik and Lyle" in the retrial.
