“Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6 (ESV)
Yes, Lord. This is what I want. To trust You and to stay in Your will.
For he will conceal me there when troubles come; he will hide me in his sanctuary. He will place me out of reach on a high rock. –Psalm 27:5 NLT #VerseOfTheDay#Scripture
I am seeing God do things in my fifties that I prayed for in my twenties.
Never give up.
Our God is so very faithful.
Young people, stay the course. It gets better as we get older. Jesus is so worthy of our all.
Scars are beautiful when we see them as glorious reminders that we courageously survived… when we let them tell the story of our God who fights for us, heals us, and faithfully sees us through.
Lord, when our hearts are hurting and confused... when things aren't turning out the way we thought they would... when we just don't understand... remind us of the truth that we are called to live by faith, not by sight. And help us trust in You.

I love the Word of God.
It's a love letter to my heart.
A tool box for my hands.
A shield for my mind.
A charge for my feet.
A comfort and a conviction for my attitude.
And a sword for my soul to use against the devil.
What a gift.
“Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven.” Luke 6:37 NLT.
