Trying harder is such a vague term and helps no one. Working with a therapist, someone who gives assignments to arrive on time and works through as many roadblocks with you so that your plan has a time from the moment you get ready to arrival. Sometimes it takes a creative therapist to help people manage the most difficult parts of being neurodivergent w no judgement.
