This Pessah will be different without all of the hostages and the one that passed may they RIP
This past Monday, McGill University in Montreal made the significant decision to sever ties with its student-led undergraduate society (SSMU), which has repeatedly failed to uphold the values and core principles on which McGill was founded, especially in regards to Israeli and Jewish students.
In a statement, the administration explained that the decision came because “the SSMU’s leadership has been neither unanimous nor explicit in dissociating itself from or rejecting groups without recognized status at McGill that endorse or engage in acts of vandalism, intimidation, and obstruction as forms of activism.”
I am so relieved for the Jewish students at McGill who felt silenced and alone for so long. This action and acknowledgement of their concerns is long overdue. Many Universities could learn a thing or two from McGill and their decision.

Yet you’re still trying to convince me Israel is the “ultimate oppressor” in the Middle East?
With every million-dollar missile the Houthis fire at Israel, they make it clear to the world that they would rather kill a single Jew than save thousands of Yemenis.

Ariel Bibas was not on this Earth for nearly long enough.
How can we even eulogize this poor child, when he didn't have enough time to come into his own?
He liked superheroes and his kindergarten classmates. He loved his dog and he liked playing.
Would he have been a quiet man? Or would he be the light in every room? Would he be known as the smartest, the most athletic, the friendliest, the kindest?
We'll never know. He will always be little Ariel. A child barely out of infancy.
He deserved more time.
May his memory be a blessing.
Yeela David, the sister of hostage Evyatar David, addressed the public with a statement today.
To Yeela and all the families of the remaining hostages, our message remains the same: You do not need to carry the weight alone, we are with you, and we are not going anywhere🎗️
Emily Damari in a message to Maccabi Tel Aviv ahead of the game tonight:
“Thank you for everything you’ve done to bring me home, we can’t stop until they are all home… [to the fans:] make some noise so they hear you all the way in Gaza!”
