I’m so glad the tournament finally started. Yesterday was a stain on the game. Kevin Hart, Wyndham laundering his reputation, espn continuing to force feed us Jason Kelce schlock. The entire thing is so degrading and unbecoming, and has been for quite awhile. A midweek stopper.
"We can't expect Roman Anthony to be David Ortiz. But in my opinion, they're kind of asking him, the franchise is, to be that kind of player, that kind of impact because of what they put around him."
@Ken_Rosenthal on the Red Sox and the pressure that's in Boston right now.
@kclairerogers Been an avid golf fan since I was 7 years old. I know what this tournament is and means. Doesn’t mean I think this is ok to post and for what the police department is doing is fine.
1) Crazy to be obsessed with seeing arrests of drunk people
2) Crazy that law enforcement is turning this into content
3) Cannot stress this again, it is so freaking crazy that a sports media member in today’s current climate is obsessed with seeing arrests.
Thinking Kubiak is not the best option for the job after that game is asinine. Change from the ravens tree is needed. McDonald’s success can come from multiple facets
It’s just really hard to see the Ravens watch Mike Macdonald leave, his success, then choose someone else over Jesse Minter.
Both raised up w Ravens.
Both went off with Jim as defensive play caller and had tremendous success.
If they go that direction and can land McDaniel as OC it’s a dream scenario for them.
Looks like the RedSox are interested in run prevention! Sox land the big gun on the market. A nice rebound after the Bregman fumble. Should they be able to land Brendan Donovan or Matt Shaw/Nico hoerner via trade that would take the sting out of the Bregman situation significantly.
In the wake of Harbaugh's firing, I have seen a lot of revisionist stuff about "4th and 29" and "Jacoby's catch" in Denver and "Lamar saved his job" but I don't see anyone mentioning Zay fumbling on the goal line, Andrews fumbling and dropping, Evans getting.... (1 of 3, cont)
The Ravens desperately need their next head coach to reestablish what made them into a revered organization: defensive prowess.
Robert Saleh would be a compelling candidate to do exactly that.
I can’t believe what things have come to in the NFL. John Harbaugh has coached the Baltimore Ravens for 18 years. He took them to the playoffs 12 times. He won a Super Bowl for them. The last 4 years they were 10-7, 13-4, 12-5, 8-9. They made the playoffs 3 straight years and missed this year because their kicker missed the game winning FG on the last play of the season. And he was fired???? I’m sorry but I don’t understand. Good luck Baltimore in finding a better coach.
