Willow Class enjoyed accessing our life skills studio today. Where students followed a visual schedule to make a fruit smoothie to keep cool in the hot weather. π₯΅
Cedar Class enjoyed accessing the Life Skills Room to learn about skills we can transfer from school to home. They explored mixing different ingredients to bake a delicious lemon cake. They also used cognition skills to sort socks into pairs and practised hanging clothes.
A big Friday shout-out and thank you to our site supervisor staff for quickly responding and clearing the entrance walkway to school after a tree toppled in the high wind over night π¬οΈ π²

The pupils in Maple class have had a great first week back. Weβve enjoyed getting to know each other through intensive interaction, sensory play and attention autism. Pupils have even started showing fantastic spontaneous communication ππΌ excited for the year ahead! @JfkSend
