@ashleypeacock @cursor_ai Customer service just isn’t there. I’ve been having issues myself with no true support. Good luck with their automated bots from their “support email” that can’t do anything for you.

Does anyone else have connectivity issues when switching through their Hermes desktop bot chats? Hermes lives on my headless mac mini which I've tried SSH and remote gateway for. I see myself having the same issues with bots not answering in group chats, interface glitches from switching bots, clicking the bots sidebar and this pops up every time.
Are these known problems? @Teknium @NousResearch
