Where was this constitutional anguish when the Calcutta High Court had to order a CBI probe into murder, rape and crimes against women because victims were crying for justice?

But of course an egg attack on a TMC leader suddenly shakes the soul of democracy.

But the blood, tears and terror of ordinary Bengal victims from 2021 did not produce the same moral thunder.

If you are ashamed of India, resign from the parliament.

That is the fraud.
American power on screen is “craft.”
British power on screen is “heritage.”
Indian power on screen is suddenly evidence of political conditioning.

Same cinema. Same nationalism. Different skin colour.

The Economist has a wonderfully colonial rulebook for cinema. When America straps a camera to Pentagon hardware and sells state power with a soundtrack, it is “spectacle.” When a film is made with CIA-adjacent mythology around national revenge, it is “serious storytelling.” But when India puts its own enemies and terrorist attack scars on screen, suddenly the magazine reaches for the psychiatrist’s couch.

That is the real joke here. Fighter jets, spies, commandos and national vengeance are perfectly acceptable as long as the flag fluttering in the background is American or British. Then it is culture. It is craft. It is cinema doing what cinema does. The Economist has invented a very elegant little rule for cinema: Top Gun: Maverick can fly on Pentagon muscle, RAMBO & Zero Dark Thirty can ride CIA mythology, James Bond can sell six decades of British spy glamour, Dunkirk can turn wartime memory into national legend, and all of that is called storytelling. But the moment India puts terror, retaliation and national memory on screen with Dhurandhar, the magazine starts diagnosing the audience instead of reviewing the film.

What @TheEconomist cannot digest is not one film. It is the fact that Indians are no longer outsourcing their memory to London’s approval. A country that has lived through decades of Pakistan-sponsored terror is apparently expected to process all that pain in whispers, with tasteful disclaimers, and preferably under the supervision of foreign editors who still think they are qualified to explain India to Indians.

And that is why the review reeks. Not of sophistication, but of the old imperial tic: Western nationalism on screen is a nation telling its story; Indian nationalism on screen is a pathology requiring diagnosis. The costume has changed. The sneer has not.

The funniest part is that The Economist probably thinks this is fearless criticism. It is not. It is just another imported lecture from people who never mind propaganda when it wears aviators, a tuxedo, or a CIA badge, but develop exquisite moral sensitivity the moment India stops being apologetic on its own screen.

Just FYI: Decades of Pakistan-sponsored terror are apparently meant to be processed quietly, apologetically, and preferably without ever producing a mass-market cultural response. That is the old script. India is no longer following it.

Judicial Jihad: How Illegal Muslim Infiltrators Get Red-Carpet Justice While 140 Crore Indians Beg for Hearings?

India’s justice system is legendarily slow and ruinously expensive. A common citizen waits ten, twenty, sometimes thirty years and spends his life’s savings for even a hearing. Yet, when it comes to illegal Muslim immigrants, people who have no legal right to be on Indian soil, something miraculous happens.

Suddenly, money is no obstacle.

Suddenly, cases jump the queue.

Suddenly, petitions move from lower court to High Court to

Supreme Court at lightning speed.

Suddenly, even after deportation, courts order the Government of India to locate them in foreign countries, bring them back, rehabilitate them, and protect them from any future removal.

These are the same “destitute” individuals who, we are told, crossed borders on foot because they had nothing to eat. Yet within months of detection they have batteries of top lawyers, perfectly drafted petitions in English, surety bonds, and endless stays, and 24×7 media coverage that would make any political party jealous.

Ask a few simple questions and watch the entire ecosystem bristle:

Who is paying the lawyers?

Who is funding the travel from detention camp to court?

Who is arranging the sureties and bail bonds worth lakhs?

Who is briefing the media so that every sob story becomes prime-time breaking news?

The answer is obvious to anyone who is not deliberately blind: these are not isolated “poor refugees.”

They are foot soldiers in an organised, well-funded, borderless project whose declared goal is the Islamisation of India, state by state.

The backers sit in air-conditioned offices in Delhi, Kolkata, London, Doha, New York and everywhere. The money moves through hawala, foreign FCRA NGOs, and certain madrasa networks that never face ED or Income-Tax raids.

The lawyers are ideologically committed or handsomely compensated.

The media is already on retainer.

When courts entertain hearings for such entrants with alacrity, issue injunctions against the sovereign right to deport illegal Muslim foreigners, and shower them with facilities, they are not delivering justice; they are actively participating in the erasure of India’s territorial and civilisational integrity.

A nation that cannot decide who is allowed to live within its borders has already ceased to be a nation.

When constitutional and law enforcement functionaries, political parties, and governments treat the country’s boundaries as optional suggestions while throwing the book at Indian citizens for minor infractions, they are not upholding the Constitution; they are dismantling it, article by article.

Neighbours cannot get to walk into your house because their own house is “cramped.” If they do, and the police escort them in and warn you not to object, you no longer have a home.

India is at that precise moment.

Either the Indian Republic reasserts the most basic attribute of statehood — the monopoly over who enters and who stays — or we continue pretending that “human rights” means the unilateral right of one community, namely Muslims, from across the world to settle here while the original inhabitants, namely Hindus, pay the bill, lose their land, and watch their daughters disappear.

It is time to ask, without apology:

Who really funds these “poor” illegal Muslim immigrants?

And why are our courts working overtime for them while justice for 140 crore Indians remains a cruel joke?

मुसलमान नेता किस तरह अत्याचार की फर्जी स्टोरी बनाते हैं वो आजम खान के कपिल सिब्बल को दिए इस इंटरव्यू से समझिए। यहां आजम खान एक कहानी सुना रहे हैं कि किस तरह रामपुर सीआरपीएफ कैंप पर आतंकवादी हमले के अगले दिन पुलिस ने उनके एनकाउंटर की साजिश रची थी। वो कहते हैं कि उस समय उनका बेटा अब्दुल्ला आजम खान बहुत छोटा था। हाथ से नापकर बता रहे हैं कि 2 फीट का रहा होगा। इतना छोटा था कि पजेरो कार की खिड़की तक नहीं पहुंच पाता था और उचक-उचक कर ही बाहर देख पाता था। मतलब आजम खान की बात मानें तो 4-5 साल का रहा होगा। रामपुर सीआरपीएफ कैंप पर आतंकवादी हमला 31 दिसंबर, 2007 को हुआ था। मतलब 2008 आ ही गया था। यही 2 फिट का बच्चा अब्दुल्ला 9 साल से भी कम समय में इतना बड़ा हो गया कि फरवरी-मार्च 2017 में 25 साल का बताकर आजम खान ने उसे चुनाव लड़वा दिया और वो विधायक भी बन गया। बाद में हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट दोनों ने पाया कि विधायक बनवाने के लिए फर्जी birth certificate बनवाया गया था। अब दोनों बाप-बेटे जेल में हैं। वैसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अब्दुल्ला की विधायकी का केस कपिल सिब्बल ने ही लड़ा था। मोटी फीस लेने के बाद कम से कम client को ये तो बताना चाहिए कि क्या बोलना है और क्या नहीं! और ये इंटरव्यू तो वकील साहब ने स्वयं लिया है 😂😂😂😂 अब या तो एनकाउंटर की कोशिश की बात झूठी है या अब्दुल्ला का birth certificate फर्जी है। आजम खान का कहना है कि birth certificate फर्जी नहीं है। पर हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट दोनों उसे फर्जी बता चुके हैं। जो अपने छोटे बच्चे को लेकर राजनीति के लिए झूठ पर झूठ बोलता हो, मानकर चलिए उसकी सारी कहानियां झूठी हैं।

Witnessing their suffering, Motiram Mehra (also known as Baba Moti Ram Mehra), a devoted follower of the Sikh Gurus, secretly delivered a glass of hot milk to the Sahibzades, each night for three nights, bribing guards with his family's possessions.
Upon discovery, Wazir Khan ordered Motiram, his wife Bibi Bholi, his elderly mother, and their seven year old son to be crushed to death in a kohlu (traditional oil or sugarcane press) epitomizing the ultimate price paid by this Hindu for an act of compassion toward the Guru's sons.

Over time, this episode from Sikh history, the sacrifice of Baba Moti Ram Mehra and his familywas deliberately obscured or downplayed by vested interests leading to hatred and political divisions between the Hindus and Sikhs.
