Dear @fireboltt__ team unexpected service. Still problem not resolved since April. It seems that the worst service in the industry. Now I have to throw the buds in the dustbin. I have all the communication with you through email. I have to file a complaint to the Consumer forum.

I have just spoken with a technician who has come to resolve the issue but he is telling me that the whole wire needs to change but needs permission from Mr. Satvinder for replacement. Today the whole night light will not come. @bsesdelhi needs your help to resolve the issue.

@bsesdelhi@gupta_rekha Too much power cut these days during the heatwave is making life very uncomfortable. Frequent electricity outages are causing serious inconvenience, especially at night. Requesting you to kindly look into this issue urgently and restore stable power supply
