This intervention will turn the theory of the 73rd constitutional Amendment,1993 into reality in 2018-2019
So far, such trainings have happened spanning 5 Districts of Jharkhand. Capacity building of a total of 376 Mukhiyas (Sarpanch) from 40 Panchayats has happened in 2.5mths

Sevaks (volunteers of Art if Living's Beacon Gram Panchayat Project) will catalyze the implementation that's incredible. I think that if all trainings imparted by Govt to strengthen governance are like this, it would be really effective. "2/3
