@SKChase Terrible voucher service and a potential scam. First told voucher was being imported to new system, to then be told voucher not included as was previously redeemed. When it has not been !

@ArgosHelpers day 10 since @ExertisUK received the phone back. 2 months this return process has taken. Still no refund. Been told multiple times money would be in my bank within 5 days. No confirmation that system has been updated from @ArgosHelpers
@ArgosHelpers I have now been charged £7.32 interest as this process has taken so long. I wish to claim back these charges from Argos as I have followed every step requested taking 3 days off work for item collection 2 of that wasted.
@ArgosHelpers it's been over 24 hrs since you messaged @ExertisUK for confirmation receipt of the item return. @ExertisUK have been in receipt of the item since 14th of Jan and have not answered your message. When are you going to pick up the phone and speak to @ExertisUK ?????

@ExertisUK I am having trouble obtaining a refund from Argos. Exertis organised a return on 13th Jan, received the item on the 14th. Omar at Exertis confirmed Exertis has credited Argos.@ArgosHelpers are telling me they do not have confirmation from Exertis. What is going on ?
@ArgosHelpers @ExertisUK I've sent direct messages to you Argos I could post 5 previous messages from yourselves saying you have messaged the supplier that really doesn't help and your stalling issuing a refund for an item return where the process started the beginning of December for me
@ArgosHelpers still waiting for a refund. Do not purchase a mobile phone from Argos. They do not sell these direct and use a supplier EXERTIS MICRO P LIMITED you will have no end of trouble recieving a refund if any issues as Argos stores will not accept a direct return.
@ArgosHelpers The item has now been collected but I am still awaiting a refund. I wish so make an official compliant as I feel like I am being held to ransom except now I don't even have a product in hand and Argos is holding my money.
@ArgosHelpers I have also taken 3 days of work to await collection of the item so it could be returned. Twice no one turned up and twice I was told the last Argos phone customer services advisor should not have done what they did. Third time I was lucky after I spoke to ' a manager'.
@ArgosHelpers I contacted customer services yesterday and they said the money would be refunded today. I have checked my credit card and no refund has been issued I am now facing interest charges.
