Around a week before the 30th anniversary of the #Tiananmen#June4 Incident, #bilibili shut down its danmu (弹幕) function, a real-time overlaying subtitle system. It will be reopend on June 6th. Bilibili is a video sharing website particularly popular with Chinese youngsters.
Of course #Identity is political, but I agree with @hui_wingting that it is also personal. You can identify yourself as, and only as, Chinese, Hongkonger, Taiwanese, Asian or Earthling, if you feel comfortable doing so. No one has the right to force an identity on others.
