I haven't recorded any auditions this month to focus on addressing my issues with Cognitive Distortions when it comes to #voiceacting.

Always remember that voice acting is supposed to be fun, regardless of the outcome of the audition.

I'm going to get back on the auditioning grind tomorrow, but I just wanted to share this with y'all in case anyone else struggles with this problem. Always prioritize your mental health.
