[1] Just had a very bad customer experience from @lufthansa
I don't think I want to fly this airline anytime in the near future.

I had a rail and fly ticket booked from Lufthansa agent but I couldn't check-in due to some error.

[4] My annoyance is mainly because Lufthansa agents at airport seemed to care less and send me running from one person to next.
