@abhymurarka not a sector or a business though-
looking at the current condition of INDIA (freebies, politics, aqi, water etc), i dont think we are anywhere close to becoming a superpower or even "next china"
would be a suprise even if we reach anywhere close to china (US $18-20 trillion)
@contrarianEPS i came from the above category (listing gains and no intention to invest that money) and i know atleast 15-20 people personally who have taken funding to apply truck loads
@contrarianEPS no
question would be-
-how many of the applicants have applied just for listing gains(money in bank lying ideal - chalo ipo bhar do, no intention to put that money in mkts)?
-how much money is funding through NBFC's or other sources?
@Prakashplutus even local and foreign brokerages publish buy and sell reports everyday
dont you think their clients have already acted on it before hand ?
@adeshjainj whats the issue?
someone sold(happily in profits)
someone bought (expecting profits)
whoever sold on listing day with a 90% gain might be happy and satisfied with the gains
no one was forced to sell
@piyushchaudhry on a lighter note-
market me multi-year breakouts se multi-fold returns chahiye
and ab weight ki baat aayi toh aisi baat karte ho
aise kaise chalega?😹
@SarangSood one observation- folks who have been successful or who've had multiple degrees generally dont do well in trading because of the ego they've built up in their careers and then markets just shatters it, which becomes difficult to digest and all sorts of mistakes are done in ego
