Last year, I had a CT scan.

The doctor suggested a center, but I didn't go there because they quoted ₹7,000.

I suddenly remembered my friend, who had told me, "Whenever you need something like this, let me know and I'll get it done at a lower cost."

I did the same CT scan for ₹1,100.

When I showed this CT scan to the doctor, he started finding faults, saying the scanning wasn't done well. I can clearly say that he was unhappy because I didn't go to the center he recommended.

Doctors take commissions, not just 10% to 15%, but sometimes as high as 40%.
