@SpencerFernando Meme violence is real violence.
Poilievre should be arrested for associating with meme spreaders!
Meme makers and distributors need to be held to account by the nations media, journalists, and political commentators or our democracy could fall!
@jmclennan8 We're talking about the birthplace of the Vancouver money laundering scheme.
We see things happen in other countries and seem to think that it can't happen in Canada.
Narco-politics being the norm in BC is a very real possibility.
@CanuckSteve1VP@UniPicturesCAN I read it all. You're more worried about scoring points in a game where you're the only player than discussing that recent Robin Hood movies are portraying him as an anti-establishment proto-socialist.
I think you saw the word "communist" and put on your white knight armour.
@CanuckSteve1VP@UniPicturesCAN Ad hominem is when you attack the person rather than the argument.
You sound like you've got life figured out though so I declare you the winner.
You may have your dance.
Don't worry! Dominic Barton said 100m people isn't a lot!
Chongqing has 100m people in it.
Dominic was Ambassador to China so he would know.
Besides, it's not like the co-founder of the Century Initiative was given a job too - oh? Mark Wiseman is Ambassador to USA?
Huh.
The head of Mark Carney’s Investment Agency suddenly resigns days before hosting a supposedly massive Investment Summit.
Carney installs the very powerbroker whose company broke rules to take $200 million in taxpayers money and “supercharged” the opioid crisis that killed 50,000 Canadians.
The guy was the architect of the Century Initiative, which pushed for mass immigration that drove wages down, rent up, and corporate profits through the roof.
When will the media ask some serious questions about what the hell is going on here?
@brianlilley@MarcNixon24 Canadians are thin-skinned, dramatic, reactive, and emotional.
Feel offended? You've just made my point.
I am a proud Canadian. I am not proud of those weak behaviors, this mass hysteria, and our government.
Be stoic. Keep your chin up. Enjoy humour. Laugh at crybabies.

@CanuckSteve1VP@UniPicturesCAN You've chosen to argue against the world nobleman and the definition of a yeoman (who yes, is in fact a wealthy landowner) rather than address the argument.
Was he anti-corruption or the "occupy wall street", wealth redistribution, revolutionary hero he is being presented as?
@CanuckSteve1VP@UniPicturesCAN Sorry, in the earliest versions he was a Yeoman, which is a step below but still a wealthy landowner.
He targeted corrupt government and clergy.
He did not take part in a peasant revolt.
What do you take issue with?
You couldn’t make the optics worse if you tried.
Ottawa awards McKinsey $209 million in contracts. The Auditor General later finds frequent disregard for procurement rules and repeated failures to demonstrate value for taxpayers.
Now Mark Carney appoints former McKinsey global boss Dominic Barton to chair Invest in Canada, the very agency Barton’s own economic advisory council recommended creating.
Barton may be highly qualified. That isn’t the point. Governments that preach transparency should understand why Canadians are sick of watching the same well-connected circle move between corporate boardrooms, advisory councils and government appointments.
Call it what you like. It looks like an insiders’ club because Ottawa keeps behaving like one. Elbow-zos up.
The Century Initiative is a lobby group that wants to grow Canada's population to 100M people via mass immigration.
It was founded by Mark Wiseman & Dominic Barton.
Mark Carney brought both of them in to work as part of his government.
Understand what is going on beyond the noise.
@billmcminn@Rezsa@ztisdale Sorry, it's not a "communist style command economy" it's a "highly centralized industrial strategy" that removes autonomy from the free market, directs where capital flows, and gives control to a small elite group of insiders.
Totally not the same.
My bad.
@billmcminn@Rezsa@ztisdale Nah, just voting in people that want to add 60m people in 75 years, devalue CAD to boost asset prices, keep resources in the ground, push everyone into mega cities in Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal, and run a communist style command economy where people can't own cars or homes.
