@airindia My checked-in baggage was damaged during my journey PNR YPLFAY, Baggage Tag AI569446. The suitcase hard shell has a visible crack/damage. provide the PIR/claim reference number and resolve the issue as per applicable rules.

@airindia @airindia My baggage was handed over in good condition but returned damaged. Instead of resolving my claim, you are shifting responsibility to baggage handlers, I was not informed about filing a DBR. Photos are provided. Please investigate and resolve the issue.

I was charged ₹200 for packing my railway parcel of size 90 × 84 × 24 cm by Singh Rail Cargo Co. & Packaging Service.
The displayed rate board clearly states Small Poly Bundle – ₹15/Sq. Ft. (GST inclusive).

At Haridwar Railway Station, the Parcel Office board shows working hours 06:00 AM–10:00 PM, but today 23 Sept 2026 at around 7:00 AM, the office was still locked. Please look into this and ensure the office opens as per the displayed timings.

@RenaultIndia My Renault Kwid AC was repaired at your authorized service centre in Narol/ishanpur, Ahmedabad. The cooling coil was replaced and gas refilled, for which I paid in full. After just 2–3 drives, the AC stopped cooling again. The centre now says the gas is gone.
