Dear @MumbaiPolice, the police van near Bandra Stn is causing a traffic bottleneck. Rickshaws have to stop on the main road for passengers to board/deboard, leading to congestion and inconvenience. Could it please be shifted to a less obstructive location, perhaps ahead of stn?

@chaloapp your S112 9:30 bus service is delayed officially by 9:35 and the trip actually starts by 9:40. Staff ends up explaining passengers about app process, checks otp etc. Why can't u have a kiosk outside the bus for all this stuff and then let a passenger board the bus

@myBESTBus pls check ur services between Mira rd to Dahisar metro stn. It is claimed that every 15 minute PPS-1 service is made available, I have never caught the bus plying on roads despite waiting for half n hr. Also, in the evening 1 hardly gets any bus from metro stn.

@GoFirstairways Amritsar to Mumbai flight just keeps getting delayed. From 20:50 hours to 23 to now 23:59 hours. First and last travel with your airline. Won't travel again with you guys. Worst airline ever.

@airtelindia fiber connection is down for all users in the building since yesterday morning. Its been more than 36 hours yet services not resumed. Faulty cable yet to be replaced. No body is answering the call. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation.
