@Ramanandx with 139 cmplnt also nthing happens. I also had raised complaint on 139 in dec25 while travlng to MSH frm DRD. Slper. Aftr Surat 1am, huge crowd of unauthorisd people cam& set on our birth. I ask TT to remove them, bt he escped. @RailMadad app didn't help @RailwaySeva

lot of people entered in reservation coach S3 from Surat making passengers uncomfortable to go toilet and we are not able to sleep following security for our baggage and kids. TC is also not removing them. PNR X5B5E8P005. @RailMinIndia what kind of security is being provided

I finished all IVR procedure twice & selected to give feedback back to the 139 CC executive but failed twice as calls get disconnected as soon as it is transferred to the executive.

No scope to avoid direct sunlight in absence of curtains or non transparent windows. Also have a look at window glass condition. Is it Superfast train or a MT bus running with unbearable noise.
