Our team enjoyed a fantastic wellness day @saunayoku enjoying a yoga session, swimming, kayaking & paddle boarding in the lake, face masks & sauna. So important for us all to take the time to focus on mental & physical wellbeing, the team are feeling well rested & recuperated!

As part of our commitment to support charitable causes each year we are pleased to announce our Book & Plant sale for @MSTrust . For the week of 20-24th May we’ll be offering books & plants for donations at our centre. 135 people are diagnosed with multiple sclerosis every week
