@bmifattie Depending on your calorie app, at least in Chronometer, you put it
in your uncooked rice and then within the recipes you can add a cooked weight
@_mmx2q@Jeniejaywashere Used to be the same weight as you, started with eating in a calorie deficit and doing 10k steps walks daily. Didn't even go to the gym until i lost 10kg. Like everyone said don't overly restrict , focus on wholefoods and high protein / high fiber.
@unknown__nomad @r3windcals Tbf, hospitals are quite busy so I doubt they pay attention to every single person, plus they are not completely strangers since they probably helped with the paper work for the obese patient. So the staff technically "knows" them
@FrancescaBeanz Yup!! No one bats an eye because it is a food addicition, but if it was alcohol or drugs.
It is truly sad seeing the enablers continue to sabotage those who truly who want to live
@tuliepi Yeah as a kid I thought if i stopped eating i would magically lose all. When I finally got back to it as an adult it was not only much more bearable to lose weight but I also no longer stay hungry just to binge later
@m3l0xdyy@kaane0 That is true, not related to when you eat but competitive eaters often stuff themselves before to expand their stomach to take in more food the day after
@tlouspo Real, i spend months running around in too big jeans with a tight belt, and when I finally got new pants I realised I forgot how it feels to have pants that fit perfectly
