More problems for Raise the Colours (Shrewsbury) who promoted their work around The Charles Darwin pub last week, unfortunately they attached their tat to BT cables. Turns out that BT have a pretty robust legal position on this sort of thing, and that another hefty removal bill is heading in the direction of the Flag Shaggers of Shrewsbury.
A reminder you can make a complaint to GoFundMe about RTC Shrewsbury Plus who are breaching the terms and conditions of the site, this is a great example if you want to include one, and a reminder it is an offence to place flags on lampposts and street furniture owned and maintained by the Local Authority under Section 132 of the Highways Act (1980).
