@SamHeughan I really appreciate your vulnerability in talking about your father. I was about the same age when my father left and I knew very little about him. It's a hard thing to talk about. Parents shouldn't leave their kids but, in my case, it was for the best.
I hope the actors mentioned in the comments on this tweet never read this. It's sad that most of the commenters are young and already so joyless and cynical. I didn't realize there was a statute of limitations on connecting with fans.
