The difference between Canada & USA is when America is on fire we send resources to help save lives. When Canada is on fire Americans just bitch and complain about air quality
Americans truly are the worst people on earth
Jesus fucking Christ. This deranged fucknugget thinks Canada can just grab a fucking leaf blower and clean 350 million hectares of forest before breakfast. Every one of his fucking posts is another monument to spectacular fucking ignorance. Shove your tariffs up your asshole.
@MonicaYatooma We send canadian pilots to fight your fires in california, one of which lost their life. Wildfires werent set intentionally. The US citizens need to educate themselves and quit whining. We are all suffering. Nature is a bitch
The attached graphic shares a quote from one of our frontline paramedics serving our community.
Paramedics begin their careers with purpose and pride. Stabilizing EMS ensures they can build lasting careers serving our communities.
Supporting our Paramedics protects our community.
A 100% unanimous strike vote doesn’t just happen.
No paramedic wants this.
It reflects years of underinvestment and inaction in a system that communities rely on.
Our members are standing up for safe, sustainable emergency care

@ImMeme0 I also do not think its fair to stick ALL of Canada as transphobic. Its the narrow-minded individuals who assume everyone is disgusted by them or do not believe in transgender. I have a transgender cousin and I know she is so happy. A lot of us do support and love regardless
🚨 Code Black (no ambulances) in @EssexCountyON again last night as @EssexWindsorEMS continues daily vehicle down-staffing. Our community deserves more than a broken, short-staffed system. Band-aids won’t fix this - it’s time to properly recognize, respect & stand with paramedics
Paramedics are facing burnout, PTSD, & moral injury while earning less than other emergency responders. Chronic understaffing, trauma, & no time to recover take a serious toll.
This is not just fatigue, It is a call for change.
Paramedics deserve respect, support, & parity
Code Black in @EssexCountyON (no ambulances available to respond)
This crisis isn’t new & it hasn’t been solved. Until EMS staffing, funding, & working conditions are meaningfully addressed, Code Blacks will only grow. Our communities deserve more.
@fordnation @SylviaJonesMP
Healthcare professionals are trained to focus on the patient during a crisis. After all, the patient carries the disease, the dysfunction, the wound.
But someone else in the room is living through the same trauma, just in a different body.
🧵
This is an Emergency Room entrance, not an ambulance base
When we are all here, who’s out there to respond to your loved ones?
@EssexWindsorEMS in level black = no ambulances available in @EssexCountyON
EMS in Ontario needs your attention
@fordnation
@CACOMedic
Calling an ambulance will not get you faster help at the hospital if your situation is not an emergency. It could mean an ambulance isn’t available for someone who needs it. #MakeTheRightCall https://t.co/wDq8J6JOpY
Chronic understaffing is not sustainable!
Paramedic injuries comprised 15% of all WSIB mental health stress claims in Ontario in 2021. Even though we make up only 0.002% of workers covered by WSIB in Ontario.
