Callout to Keld. Walker fell over 30m into River Swale. Initially treated by @BritishArmy passing medics. @GNairambulance then arrived to provide cas care. SwaledaleMRT extracted cas up gorge to position where @HMCoastguard Prestwick winched stretcher out of gorge #teamwork
