The strikes this week have not been caused by doctors.

They’ve been caused by a Government that has taken healthcare professionals for granted for far too long.

Please RT if you can see through the Government spin and back the doctors.

All they want is fair pay.

Junior Dr - pay explained - yet again🤷🏻‍♂️

2008 - 24 tins for an hour’s work
2023 - 10 tins for an hour’s work

The Govt have increased pay to 11 tins/hour

They have now offered half a tin more🤷🏻‍♂️

When I was a jr dr the ward physio suspected a pt had a hip fracture.I was dubious abt doing the hip X-ray she wanted as I couldn’t believe a whole bunch of drs including the consultant wouldve missed it.But I did.Fracture.
She didn’t gloat, just gave a satisfied nod.
