How did we as a species survive without health experts or doctors? What if flavor is a sign of nutrient-density?
Artificial flavors mess up that natural intuition that we have but when you buy real organic foods it’s no surprise why you can taste the difference.
Just an opinion not medical advice
These 3 things have helped me be able to enjoy bread & pasta without gut issues:
1.Ancient grains that are stone-milled

3.Sourdough for easier digestion
@bitchthot420 I think the only way you really can know is if you email them and ask 1) how do you define pasture raised 2) what is their diet 3) do you allow on site visitors to see the farm / do they have a farm stand so you can see yourself
@MAHA_PAC@thegarybrecka It’s so true. One example is you look at the obesity rates of the Amish versus Americans overall and the Amish are at 4%. Love technology but their lack of technology means more human connection, more earthing of they’re working off a farm and eating off their farm.
@plantparadise7@MAHA_PAC Totally! The amount of chemicals even in organic food is absurd. As a consumer it becomes very difficult to know if even the organic in the grocery store has “chemically approved”. Old school farming before these chemicals were invented is the best way!
If the soil is poisoned, your food is too.
And if your food is empty, so is your nutrition.
Healthy soil → healthy food → healthy YOU. 🌱 Choose small organic farms
80% of U.S. antibiotics go to farm animals, not humans. This heavy use in agriculture fuels antibiotic resistance, threatening human health. #realorganic#knowyourfood@RodaleInstitute
