@gucci crystals are falling out of the tiger head on my Rajah large tote. Gucci The Forum Shops at Caesars Las Vegas told me it could take 6 months to repair b/c the crystals are imported from Italy. I will be in Florence later this month-would it be faster to repair in Italy?
