I will never shop at @ultabeauty ever again. I’ve been a lifetime customer and I’ll be cutting up my @Mastercard from you all. I’ve never felt so dismissed by customer service all because you wouldn’t give me my points I wasn’t notified I’d be losing.

@ultabeauty I’ve been a credit card member for over half a decade. Saving my points to almost $1,000. And they disappeared without warning. Then ULTA gives me the worst customer service and says that they can give me back my points over the phone and then says never mind.

@ultabeauty I have been a member for 5+ years. No warning, my points expired that I’ve been saving for FIVE years. Customer service said nothing they can do about it. Almost $900 in points gone. Just like that. A lifelong customer… gone.
