I am terrible at ensuring I drink enough water. Unless I’ve just walked out of the gym or sauna I avoid water like the plague. That’s why it’s now in our discipline framework. This is what happens when I don’t stick to what @S_I_R_Jack and I have agreed is an acceptable amount 😬

Always so much fun at the dorm weekends. They’re more intimate than regular school events. Plenty of play but also plenty of time to build genuine friendships with beautiful souled people 🥰💕 And yup it’s tricky to do a handstand on a landing 🤣🤣🤣
