@CrissysUniverse @1_2_question @CP24 They can’t. There are scrutineers from each party who watch the vote count. Rejected ballots happen because people do all sorts of things like mark multiple candidates etc. But a scrutineer can challenge any ballot they don’t agree with as a rejection.
