@nsandihelp your death claims form, section 5c says "where you want us to pay" and asks for a bank account. But your FAQs say for premium bonds prizes are issued by warrant after probate etc. Probate is pending. Does this field need the deceased's acc, or executors, or other?

@CenterParcsUK Historically, we've been provided free early access due to disability, storing medicines in lodge and managing heavy / bulky medical equipment. For the first time I've been advised this is chargeable. Is this a policy change or different per site?
