This is a GREAT idea that I've been personally pushing for.

Cap it at NINE JUSTICES! SCOTUS is NOT supposed to be another arm of the legislature.

If Democrats pack it, our country is FINISHED.

Dismantling the Department of Education was something that needed to be done long ago. The Democrats turned it into a slush fund and schools on the local level suffered for decades because of it. Dems get crazy when you mess with their cash flow!
