@AskBarclaysUS Case opened - 36332031 7/18/25 - think it was Kenneth Notes updated…interest and fees waived and easy pay cancelled. Called again - 8/8/2025 as the fees are still there and I am still being charged interest on something I paid in full long ago. 10/31/25 - the fees are still there and I am still being charged interest on something I paid in full long ago. Please fix this.

@elonmusk …thank you for this outstanding work. I am sure you are also trying to identify the representative(s) and senator(s) that added these line items on all of the late night bills. Calling the abusers of our tax dollars out along with the dollars can go a long way in having the voters take the trash out next time around. 😎
