A 55-year-old Italian man was brutally stabbed 20 times in the back and abdomen by an African from Gambia, born in Italy. He is now fighting for his life with severe liver injuries and a collapsed lung.

The two had never met before, the stabbing was carried out out of pure racial hatred.
