On my $PATH to financial freedom.

It's very interesting to note what Forrester said when recognising UiPath as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Adaptive Process Orchestration Software.

Its analysis independently validates many of the core pillars of my $PATH thesis.

Specifically, Forrester highlighted 5 things:

1. Renewed appreciation for deterministic automation as enterprises confront the limitations of AI.

2. Growing demand for orchestration, governance and reliability as enterprises move AI into production.

3. Cartographer as a competitive differentiator in understanding business processes and determining where humans, robots and AI agents belong.

4. AI adoption building on existing automation infrastructure rather than replacing it.

5 Autonomous testing becoming increasingly essential as AI agents take responsibility for mission-critical workflows.

Forrester also described UiPath's strategy "well aligned" with how enterprises are actually adopting AI.

As I keep saying, we are still very early in the $PATH story.

The fundamentals continue to improve while the market remains anchored in outdated narratives.

Meanwhile, the industry is increasingly moving towards the very problems UiPath has spent years building the infrastructure to solve.

The disconnect between how the market perceives UiPath and what the company is actually becoming will become increasingly difficult to ignore.

UiPath pitched a neutral ontology view. The company said its offerings give you an ontology that builds a description for business objects that enable AI. The CEO, noted the business ontology is really about integration to create a map of work.

Yesterday, $PATH was recognised as a Leader in Gartner’s new Magic Quadrant for Agentic Software Quality Assurance Platforms.

This is important for two reasons.

1. It strengthens UiPath’s position in testing at the exact moment when software quality is moving from AI-assisted testing toward specialised agents continuously assuring software across the SDLC.

2. UiPath is now a Gartner Leader across both BOAT and Agentic Software Quality Assurance.

UiPath can categorically no longer be framed as an RPA company.

UiPath is becoming the infrastructure layer for enterprise automation in the agentic era.
