Amy Coney Barrett was sold to us as a rock-solid constitutionalist — handpicked by Trump, backed by the Federalist Society, and confirmed with our hopes riding high.
She looked us in the eye during her hearings and promised fidelity to the law, not politics or personal agendas.
Now she's stabbing the base in the back, siding with Roberts and liberals to protect birthright citizenship schemes, mail-in voting loopholes, and other pillars of the swamp agenda that conservatives fought to dismantle.
The very people who fought to get her on the Court are now openly calling for her resignation — because this isn't judicial independence, it's betrayal.
We didn't see any of her rulings.
We saw an empty notepad, and that's what we're getting.
Clarence Thomas, in his two page concurring opinion disallowing boys in girls sports, says gender dysphoria is a mental illness and you are either a boy or a girl, that trans doesn’t exist at all. He’s right. We need more people willing to speak this truth.
One of the most destructive and outrageous decisions in the long history of the Supreme Court. American citizenship is not the birthright of the world. It belongs only and solely to Americans. No provision of the Constitution can be read to require our national self-obliteration.
Today's birthright citizenship ruling by the Supreme Court is the most egregious, lawless violation of our most crucial sovereign power as American citizens:
To determine who becomes one of us.
There is no chance in hell we fought a civil war and enacted the 14th amendment to give birthright citizenship to the kids of birth tourists, terrorists, human traffickers, temporary visitors, and other illegals.
After today's abomination of a ruling, Chinese birth tourists can simply give birth to their kids in America, immediately return to China, never step foot in America again, mail in from China their kids' ballots into American elections when they turn 18, and collect social security and other benefits of American citizenship the rest of their lives.
Ask this dispositive question:
If American Indians didn't have birthright citizenship under the 14th amendment, how the hell do Chinese birth tourists?
They simply don't.
Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who auditioned as the next Scalia, shamefully put their vanity over our country.
This is the ultimate betrayal.
GOP Senators Katie Britt (R-AL) and Rick Scott (R-FL) both out with immediate calls for Congress to take action to end birthright citizenship.
Expect that momentum to grow within Republicans.
So we’ve got open voting season, mail-in ballots, no voter ID, no proof of citizenship, ballot harvesting, drop boxes AND birth right citizenship.
Well played, Democrats. The invasion worked.
Meanwhile so-called republicans won’t pass the Save America Act and have backed off mass deportations because it looks “mean.”
🚨 JUST IN: Mass outrage is erupting against SCOTUS Justice Amy Coney Barrett after she decided to uphold mail-in ballot “election month” rather than reinforce an ELECTION DAY nationwide
A serious disappointing moment for her.
ONLY PROVES WE NEED THE SAVE AMERICA ACT
They did NOT block Congress from changing it.
So get it done for the republic, Senate GOP! 🇺🇸
🚨SCOTUS Justice Sam Alito just slammed the 5-4 decision to ALLOW late mail-in ballot counting:
"[Late mail-in ballot counting] creates a serious risk of further undermining public confidence in our elections and our system of self-government."
God bless Justice Alito.
