Irene dialed a wrong number, and found a best friend! Irene, a resident of The Fountains at Granite City, accidentally dialed Rosa by mistake and they talked for hours. They became such good friends that Rosa drove 10 hours to Granite City so she could meet Irene.

The celebration continued with these cookies our residents iced for our St. Patrick's themed Happy Hour. They were so pretty we almost hated to eat them...almost! They tasted great as well, and we enjoyed eating them while visiting with our neighbors and visitors.#FrontierCulture

Today the residents enjoyed a little taste of Ireland with the traditional meal of Corned Beef and Cabbage with Boiled potatoes. Katie, our cook, put together a plate that was not only beautiful, but that tasted delicious as well. Thank you, Katie, for such a wonderful lunch!

Our ladies did a fantastic job finishing up our Homemade Sugar Scrubs for multiple projects we have going. These scrubs will be used in baskets donated to charity and also for the baby shower of the daughter of one of our staff members. These ladies are awesome!! #FrontierCulture
