Toast up some sourdough, or a crusty french baguette, and spread that sweet goodness crust to crust!

Roasting some early season garlic. Nutty aroma.

Simple method:

-cut top off bulb,
-Fold some foil around bottom to make a base
-Drizzle some olive oil and a little cracked pepper
-cover with foil

Place in over fir about 1.5 hour at around 275 or 300 F
